I like what you have done with the image, i think its great actually, only thing i think maybe adding a bit of white to the eyes (like the full *Good guy* spiderman has) it may help or may not.

Hey, I like the banner! Especially the star where you put $5 only! cool! rep added..

I cut out the spider man from background.. then put a color balance on background spiderman.. then use lasso with 8px feather to make red show through... if that makes any sense

oh and change the opacity.. maybe I will make tutorial on it

Ok... add the silver eye... I had to put a little red on it because it looked weird as the only silver thing on head.
