[SOLVED] i down loaded a file which is in php and cant open it. where is program

to open?safe site to get program? I saved a file from a website it is a research paper that looked fine on web, but I didnt want to print it. can open it in note pad but it has alot of extra things like<p> etc. can I open it to look like a web page? where can i find out about php? I went to adobe site but am not a business person.

To open you need php installed on your computer or you need to upload the file to a server online that supports php, to find out about php check out php.net

or you could always just open with notepad and sort through everything and grab that copyrighted research paper
