i have windows xp service pack 2 november 2006. I have some old versions : apache 1.3 php 4.1 and mysql 5 . Now I want to make a site and I don't know waht programs to install. Please give the php.ini and httpd.conf

You can use the versions you want. But i recommend php of version above 4 and mysql 5. Apache 5.
If you want all the above in just one package go for "xampp". Its bundled with above softwares.
