...below using PHP Mysql....? Database Name: Employee
Table Name: Record
Fields : name, address, bill, tax

Please make a sample program on adding, getting, editing and viewing/displaying fields using desired filename above.... using php mysql

www.server.com is a free database that is hosted online that can probably do what you want. I use it for things, I love it
