I have a custom VB app and have made a Install Shield setup. Setup and VB Program runs fine on my computer and other computers. However there is 1 user who installed the app successfully, but when he tries to run it nothing happens. I even have an error log as the first line of code executed but it doesn't even get there. It's like the program doesn't even execute. The user has all the correct system files. Very strange. Anyone ever had this issue? Any thoughts? Thanks.
