| [SOLVED] Creating a Simple SQL Server? I've downloaded the trail version of SQL Server 2000, as it is what we have started using at work. I'm wanting to set up a basic server on my home PC so I can experiment with the software. Can somebody help me with this? I can't figure out how to do it. In Enterprise Manager there are no servers present. I have tried registering a new one, none exist and a new one won't work. I have tried installing MSDE2000 but it says "The Instance name specified is invalid" |
