Presumably you don't have to do any I/O here, although you're not clear on that point. So, you have to compare registers AX and DX. Then jump to the appropriate code to print out the right answer.

Why don't you just look at your notes and take a crack at it? It's really not very hard, and I'm sure your instructor has reviewed the instructions you need to use.
