I program in SQL and ASP using a Linux workstation (part-time) and would LOVE to get completely away from Microsoft. The problem is, I don't want to learn bits and pieces, but would rather learn from a well organized online tutorial. If you want to learn ASP and SQL you go to 4guysfromrolla.com. I'm wondering if there is an equivilent site for PHP and MySQL?

If you're already familiar with ASP and programming in general you may be able to learn PHP from the online PHP manual:

Bear in mind that many shared hosts still have PHP 4 installed so be aware of the version you're reading up on.

And you may be able to do the same thing for MySQL since you know SQL already:
