| HTML. But, that's not a language, per se. It's a specification which is interpreted differently by browsers and will only give you static (i.e. not changing on the fly) pages. Look at PHP (my fav) for creating a dynamic (i.e. changing on the fly) site. Now, if you're not a programmer, you'd do well to check out the many open source CMS apps out there. Check out Home - OpenSourceCMS for live demos. Those things come with WYSIWYG editors so that you pretty much never have to code (layout may be another issue altogether, depending on the CMS you choose). There are also a number of professional CMS apps out there which offer quite a bit. |
