Whenever i press Ctrl C to copy either from MS office programs or GP Dynamics or Crystal reports, all these programs freeze together. None of the programs function for sometime and then after about 10 - 15 minutes it starts working.

you must be running low on memory.

1. upgrade ram
2. increase virtual memory

have you tried copying small amount of text? i assume that you are copying several pages which can cause the systems to read all the text you copied and place it in the temporary memory
