Resizing Background Image to fit all browsers

On my browser with my current resolution (1440x900) the background image fits just how i want it where the text appears just to the right of the banner.. Where as a lot of people use dif resolutions im afraid it will be moved around and get possibly cut off. Does anyone know of a simple way to fix the image so it will stay on the spot i want?

If you provide some code, I can help you. Problem is that I'm moving over the next few days and won't be available.
