I want vistors to join and login before posting pictures or comments. Any help will be greatly appreciated!...Also, would I need an auto responder?

That depends on what Yahoo Sitebuilder allows you to install. I'd search the help files in your account.

you cant install any scripts that complex with yahoo site builder... you need to install script and then edit it with yahoo site builder
I recermend phpnuke

I would advise you change hosts to something like 9999mb.com and install Joomla as its probably the best CMS out there.
