How to add water in XNA Terrain Editor?

Does anybody know how to add water in this freakkin thing? For some reason, I can't add the water... there is water checkmark, but I couldn't checked or unchecked it (default is unchecked), it seems to be disabled...

Or... anybody know how to create a terrain with XNA? thx
