| [SOLVED] Whats a good program to design a website with little HTML experience? I am trying to find a good program to make my dad's companies website. I want one with templates already in the program and should be easy to use such as Website X5. Could any of you suggest something? I know a little HTML but nothing big... |

| If your dad is serious about his company, he should probably consider finding someone who has a little more knowledge and experience in HTML. The key to destroying your presence on the web is having a poorly designed website. I'd suggest checking out some websites like w3schools.com or tizag.com. Read up on the HTML material and do some practice sites on the side first. Get some (honest) feedback from friends and family and even those you don't know. I would strongly suggest using notepad to hand code your websites until you have a firm grasp on the coding concept. The reason for this is because beginners that start off using WYSIWYG editors like DreamWeaver and others often never fully understand the coding side and end up slipping through the web development cracks. |
