| GoDaddy is known for cheap domains. Signup for their newsletter to be notified of sales. You can usually get a pretty good deal for a reliable company. Don't want a registerfly problem again, you know?  |

| I'm confused now, i don't know which one is the good one for me.. cuz since I'm just planning to use this hosting for my personal site, I'm thinking not to spend too much on it, or probably i'll just host my own server and then put PHP5 in it for my stuff.. haha... but I have to request to the ISP static IP address  __________________ PHP Code:          |

| Why do you need a static IP? Are you trying to encrypt payment data or something professional-grade? If you're doing something for development or for sophisticated people, then you may want to try out cacert.org for the secure certificate -- it's free. We use that on teratask.com for those who want to use it. The encryption is exactly the same, mathematically speaking. |
