[SOLVED] Web Based Game Help
So I'm wanting to look through a games code (MafiaDeath). It's a web based RPG and it runs on MYSQL coding. I was wondering if anyone could help me look through the codes of the game

well, if it's not an open source, there's no way you can get the access of the code unless if you're part of the development team. But for the web based game development concern, you'd be expected to at least know one of the Server Side programming language... You'll be dealing a lot with database connection using these languages to store data, check inputs, etc...

I think it's open...a couple guys on a different site I talk on say they've been going through it...I just need someone to help me find out where to find the code and then I can do the rest

What do you mean it 'runs on' MySQL coding? My website 'runs on' MySQL coding, but was coded in PHP. MySQL only deals with the database stuff. Try their contact form if you're wanting to look at the code. If it's open, you'll get source, if it's not, they won't let you. Either way you'll have your answer.

I was actually about to ask the samething MYSQL coding? It probably is php server-side and mysql as a datasource... unless mySQL Stored Procs and UDF's have far surpassed a programming language when I wasn't looking, hehe
