If you're reasonably intelligent, I reccommend Sql Server 2005 T-SQL Recipes published by Apress. It covers just about everything you will want to do and its more code than commentary.

That covers the coding part... It doesn't handle replication or any advanced business usages. Just the stuff a programmer would need to work with.
