HTML is just code (text) that can be copied and pasted into Word. If you would like a program that lets you edit HTML, I recommend Dreamweaver.

Adobe Dreamweaver is the best HTML editor and comes with a 30 day trial.

The best free one is NVU

You can always just open the HTML file in notepad.
