The file you have is not a movie file. PHP is used in web applications. It is known to be the open source version of active server pages or ASP. The file size of this should also be very small. Most likely 1KB or smaller. If it is a rather large file than I would suggest trying some of the common video extensions such as *.avi or *.mpg.
