Question:
I want to concatenate the data of these two files.Like if File1 has PID same as File 2 PID the data should be concatenated like this....
egCondition having same PID should be concatenated)
O/P(Should be like this)

How should be the java code for this?

I would import this data into two tables in a database, then just run queries joining the PID's

Well, you need to read from both files.. check from one string and compare it with the other one, and if they're the same, then write it once on the other file... basically, just create a new file based on these two files... compare them line by line.. or however you want to implement it..

if you don't want the two files to exists, you can delete them too I don't see it difficult to be implemented..

Need to read both file and compair.. But i think converting to array, sorting and then applying some logic and make things easier.. have to know if its a one to one relation or 1-many??
