I use IXwebhosting which is great, also in the past hostexcellence and gisol.

After a small review on my site by a member they said they were impressed with the speed of the site and its up time. Also i would add that currently i know two people (was three) that use dreamhost, all had problems, one canceled the others are or were looking to change.
