AH~ Sorry, I didn't know on the detail of the system.. so it's more like a gambling system yea? hmm... I'm not sure with the detail of the payment system, but I'm pretty sure that it's better for you to think about the price of the encryption certification.

Paypal probably is a cheaper solution, however, some business minded people thought that it is not going to be beneficial because Paypal will take percentage out of the payment that you received. (I think it's only if they pay with credit card, but you need to double check on this one..)
