It will always work and do a great job as long as you have the server software to run it. I code in ASP and the work isn't stopping. .NET is bull$hit if you ask me. I mean yes, it will do all sorts of things, but I haven't even done 1/100th of what ASP is capable of yet. I have NEVER ran into ANYTHING I could not do with ASP.

BUT, it never hurts to learn new things. If you are willing to put forth the effort, then yes, go for it.
