I'm using: Learning PHP and MySQL
By O'Reilly I think it's pretty good composed with example of codes, although I don't think the book will cover way too advanced features, but pretty nice and descent introductory for me that have descent programming background
I always love Deitel's and O'Reilly's books lol...
