Learning to program usually means learning logic flow and stuff, things that are present in any programming language in some form or another. There are tools such as Microsoft Visio that allow you to create flowcharts detailing logic and control flow. However, it isn't actually a programming language.

I'm sure there is a deeper meaning behind Konr's words, but I don't feel like trying to figure it out right now. LOL
