there are many introductory tutorial about c programming out there that you can just pick on. Googling it is the best way to find introductory tutorial. However, feel free to ask C experts here about the programming language if you don't understand something

I personally don't deal much with C languages other than C# that I'm also learning. I deal most of my programming language with Java Good luck!
