Well, actually I was thinking to learn ASP.NET first and then go with PHP at the later time. But what you said is correct that PHP is capable to run on both IIS and Apache while ASP.NET cannot run on Apache. So probably I'll go first with PHP and be good at it first so that I can create application that can be used anywhere...
