But seriously, in the layout.. I don't think it's that bad, it's just bunch of advertisement, and I can't even see the difference on where's your actual web layout and advertisement. It seems like the advertisement is part of your web layout... + it seems like you're trying to make a lot of content in the middle, which is very confusing for the user and attract attention away instead to the content, more with the advertisement
