[SOLVED] Turbo Delphi or C++ to create programs that looks like ms windows?
With windows I mean that I would be able to use windows (frames like MS windows use) when running the program. I will be updating me my knowledge to make some programming but I do not know in which direction I should go Turbo Delphi or Visual C++ or ?
