| SSN is social security number and you better not listen to that advice - DO NOT STORE SSN OR TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) IN YOUR DATABASE. That creates a huge liability if your db is hacked.
I'd also include address information, but in a separate table (so that one user could have many addresses [billing, home, work, etc.]) |
