| [SOLVED] In Internet Options, programs tab, HTML editor field defaults to blank. Is t ...correct? If this is correct, can anyone explain in easy terms what an HTML editor is? and why that area is there at all if the defaults just leave it blank? Thanks! |

| Actually there are 2 types of program that you can use to create HTML codes: 1. HTML Generator (this would be like Frontpage and Dreamweaver) 2. Text Editor (notepad, textpad, notepad++, crimson editor) HTML generator would help you to get through HTML in some sense, but it won't give you understanding in the long run. It's called HTML generator because it will generates HTML codes for you when you drag and drop items. I would recommend you to really understand HTML before using those HTML generators program, it would actually helps though when you're dealing with huge HTML file. |
