HTML doesn't act on GET variables unless one uses some kind of scripting language in the HTML itself (e.g. javascript, vbscript, ECMA script) -- that's not very common, however. Also, the server can be programmer to have any combination of languages (e.g. PHP, Ruby, Python, ASP) parse an HTML page, so it really could be anything. |
