This href or hyperlink reference is inserted into the code between your graphics items description.

So if your graphics item is called for example, "Home.jpeg"
you would insert the tag above, within the graphics part.

Click on View at the top of any Web Page Browser and select "Source"

You will see the complete HTML code of that page. This will give you a basic idea of how HTML programming works.
