Okay Ive just gone through and removed all copyrights/branding etc... and included the necesarry documentation so that its now compatible with the GPL v2.

Todo list and roster
  • an installer to ask the user for the settings for conf.php via a nice html form and then fill it out and make the SQL table for them
  • make it look nicer, and trying to make the HTML and CSS valid to w3 specs
Me and blood08 will take these tasks

That leaves security, in particular some mechanism for logins as well as hardening it against sql-injection methods. I may also take a cursory look at implementing a wysiwig interface (for bold, underline etc... in articles)

Lee, you are welcome to grab yourself a copy of XAMPP or something and play around as I would like some feedback from and end-users point of view.

Please tell us of any bugs you spot and also tell us how easy it was to follow the readme and anything you think we could add/make better.

I will be the maintainer for this project. When/if anyone makes any code changes please submit them here and we will collate them and call it a new version. The code below shall be v0.1. Extract the zip using winrar, 7zip or whatever and then read the README file for info on configuring and installing the software.
