i am very interested in making a games development company, i have an idea for a game and am in the process of writing a design document for said game, where would be a good place to find people who would work on a title for free up to early alpha and then take a % of the money that would come if/when the game was sold to a major games development brand? i myself am an accomplished 3d artist and a beginner programmer, but the scale of the project would be way to big for a 1 man job, are there any forums that would link me up with like minded people with the skills needed to get my project off the ground? thanks in advance
